Don't know which one is better at lying, Clinton or Bush. They both are pretty good at it.
At least Clinton can speak in complete sentences and actually string together several thoughts into a coherent message that sounds pretty convincing regardless whether the truth is involved. Dubya is just a one-liner on his best days when he can actually pronounce the words correctly.
